The Butterfly Project

This will be my first method to help people. For all to stop self-harming, you can try this.

It's simple. You start by drawing a butterfly on your wrist, and even if you aren't a good drawer still, Try your best!

Note- You don't have to draw it. A loved one can (Those butterflies are precious)
Now, name your butterfly. It could be named after a loved one or someone who doesn't want you to be hurt.

Now, you have to wait for it to fade. If you cut yourself, you can wash it off. You've killed the butterfly. Remember not to wash it off otherwise. (If you have more than one butterfly, cutting kills them all.)

If you haven't cut and the butterfly has now faded... Congratulations! Remember whenever you feel like cutting try this method, It doesn't have to be a butterfly.

Even if you don't cut, Still do this to show support. You can even name it after a person you know to self-harm, or is, in general, having a rough time. Tell them! It may help them in more ways than you think.

Hello!

Hello, I am Julie T. Why I made this blog was to help people who are 'Broken.' This past year has been the hardest year in my life. I don't want anyone to hurt the way I did. If you have any questions or just need help, I'll be here. The only thing is if you say something about committing suicide, I may not be here to help you. I have a very busy schedule (School; Work; Etc) so that means I may not be here.

That's when the community comes in. I want this blog to be a very kind and helpful place, so no hate towards other people. We all are experiencing bad things and to say even more bad things to each other is pretty much a Sin. Feel free to post anything that's on your mind or anything you want to get off your chest, we will help.

We believe in you.
